Brisbane Technology Park (BTP) is an initiative of Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI) and an important part of the Queensland Government's
Smart State program to stimulate economic growth and initiate jobs and opportunities in technology enabled sectors.
BTP has been developed to provide a state-of-the-art environment for established and emerging technology based companies which will enjoy a high profile corporate exposure in a community with the scope for constructive interaction and exchange between residents.
The Park currently boasts 42 completed buildings with another 5 currently under construction or in advanced planning.
Over 3000 people are employed on the Park and it is anticipated that this will build to around 5000 within two years. The Park is already home to a large number of prestigious national and multi-national companies taking advantage of the BTP's prime location, state of the art resources, infrastructure and cost effective rates.
This Resource Centre provides business support and general park information for both residents and visitors to the park.
